As we all aware that Value Added Tax has finally been implemented in Delhi w.e.f. April 01, 2005. Thereby, to enable the officials of the Institute to comprehend the legal requirements and the procedures as to compliance with a new regime of payment called VAT, it has been decided to conduct a Inhouse Workshop on VAT on April 26, 2005 from 3 P.M. to 5 P.M. All HODs are requested to nominate atleast one officials from their respective departments who they feel needs to be updated with VAT procedures and send the nominations to accounts department at accounts@icai.org latest by Monday afternoon.
