CIRCULAR

To, All officers/staff at Headquarter including Noida and Vishwas Nagar offices

As you are aware, that the 60th Annual Function of the Institute is scheduled to be held on 11th February, 2010 in the Plenary Hall of Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. You are cordially invited to attend the aforesaid Function of the Institute on 11th February, 2010. Invitation Card for the aforesaid function to all individual employees is being circulated separately. You are requested to bring the invitation along with envelope and be seated by 3.30 P.M. please. It may be noted that the facility of bus services for convenience of the employees to attend the aforesaid function has been arranged. The buses will depart from ITO / Vishwas Nagar / Sector–1 Noida / Sector-58 Noida premises on 11th February, 2010 at 2.30 P.M. The function will start at 4.00 P.M. and High Tea has been arranged for all after the Function. After the conclusion of the Function, the bus will drop the employees back at ITO Premises.
